🏫 School Rules and Regulations

No pupil shall absent herself without obtaining prior leave, except in unavoidable circumstances.
All applications for leave must be submitted by the parent or guardian through the leave record in the school calendar.
During working hours, no pupil shall leave her classroom without the permission of the class teacher.
Permission to leave the school premises during working hours will be granted only by the Principal, upon receiving a written request from the parent or guardian.

Pupils are accountable to school authorities for their conduct within and outside the campus.
Irregular attendance, lack of punctuality, habitual idleness, disobedience, disrespect towards staff, or bad moral influence are grounds for dismissal.
Students are expected to uphold the values, mission, and vision of the school.
The school reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct, indiscipline, academic dishonesty, or violation of any school policy or rule.

Pupils who are absent from examinations without valid reasons will be considered as failed.
No re-examination will be conducted.
A pass in the promotion examination alone is not sufficient.
Marks from all tests and exams throughout the year, especially Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Final Examinations, will be taken into account.

Pupils are responsible for their personal belongings.
Wearing jewellery is not permitted.
The school will not be responsible for any loss.
Pupils are forbidden to bring large sums of money, mobile phones, or electronic gadgets to school.

Day scholars are strictly forbidden from making exchanges with boarders (e.g., buying things, carrying letters, etc.).
No books or magazines may be circulated without prior permission from the Principal.
All students are expected to speak English while on school premises.
Late arrivals after vacation or re-opening will be penalized.
Medical certificates will not be accepted as excuses for delay.

Parents are expected to maintain decorum while speaking with the Management, Principal, or Staff.
Boarding parents are strictly forbidden from entering the school campus during working hours.
Parents are requested to avoid medical appointments for their children during school hours.
Unnecessary permissions during class hours will not be granted.
Term-wise school fees must be paid on time without delay.

Any damage to school property (furniture, books, sports items, etc.) must be paid for at the discretion of the Principal.
